Our architectural review process is designed to maintain the aesthetic integrity of Olah’s Landing. Residents can submit requests for modifications by following our guidelines, which outline submission methods, review timelines, and criteria for approval. Any exterior changes or modifications to your home require approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Examples of some of these include but are not limited to additions, pools, fences, sheds, decks, stone patios, permanent outdoor lighting, and other hardscapes. Please review the current Architectural Guidelines for specific specifications. At the June 10, 2024, HOA Meeting, new regulations regarding holiday lights and seasonal decorations were adopted and are now in effect. These new regulations address temporary holiday lights, seasonal decorations, and permanently installed security lights that are also used as holiday lights.
